Job Title: Crew Member Runner (Part-time)

Pay Rate: $10.00 - $12.50/Hr

Location: 503 E. Broadway St. Griffin, GA 30223

Business Hours: Closed Sun – Tues; Open Wed – Sat 11am – 7pm

The Crew Member Runner is primarily responsible for delivering carryout orders from the kitchen to customers’ vehicles and/or tables rapidly and accurately.  It is the person who will maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the outdoor patio and lobby area.  In addition to communicating effectively with FOH team. 

Crew Member Runner includes but not limited to:          

  • Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of all food menu items and availability of menu items.

  • Assure guest have everything they need for carryout items and outdoor dining experience.

  • Keep Food Runner supplies stock, organized and clean as needed.

  • Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and co-workers

  • Communicate food order or ad-hoc request to GM or KM (kitchen manager); paying attention to priorities and special requests.

  • Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old to be employed.

  • Exhibit a willingness to work as a team player.

  • Must have access to a smartphone for weekly communication and schedule disbursement.

  • Must be able to successfully multi-task

  • Report to work in a complete required uniform

  • Maintain a well-manicured appearance and persona that reflects the image of the restaurant.

  • Stand and walk for an entire shift.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs via food or beverage trays or required equipment needed to perform specific job duties.

  • Frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, carry and wipe.

  • Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant.
